Getting Here

We have arranged a 5% discount off the lowest fares on American Airlines for our out-of-town guests. If you plan on staying at the Westin O'Hare (where the reception will be held), we suggest flying into Chicago's O'Hare airport as the Westin offers complimentary shuttle to & from the airport.

To take advantage of the discount on American, use the code A42H7AG on AA.com or over the phone at 1-800-433-1790. Note that if you book over the phone, they charge a $10 service fee per ticket so book online to avoid the fee.

Where to Stay

A limited number of rooms are blocked at a discounted rate of $109 per night at the Westin O'Hare for Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. The Westin is a great hotel with convenient shuttles to the airport and is located near the Rosemont El (subway) station, providing easy access to downtown Chicago.

The reception Saturday night will be right at the Westin so you'll be close to everything if you book a room here.

Reservations at the $109 rate can be made on the Westin website but rooms are limited so book early.

There are other hotel options nearby with complimentary shuttles from the airport such as the Holiday Inn Select and the Holiday Inn Express. You can use the Orbitz search form on this page to find and book all the hotel options. Just click the Hotels tab and use ORD in the Where field to find hotels near the Chicago O'Hare airport.

Getting Around Chicago

Rental cars are available at O'Hare but aren't really necessary to get around. For those who do want a car, Avis has discounted rates available for our wedding by using AWD# D003737 on avis.com or by calling 1-800-331-1212.

The Rosemont 'El' station (Chicago's subway) is approximately 3 blocks from the Westin, giving you easy access to downtown Chicago for those wanting to check out the city or even to Midway airport if you are flying into MDW.

The Chicago Transit Authority has a great online subway map where you can see the Blue Line which stops at the Rosemont station and access to the rest of the city.
